Who we are
Buildwell Partners is a consulting firm serving local businesses in Douglas County, Colorado and surrounding areas. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it. Questions can be sent to info@buildwell.partners.
Information you give us
When you submit the assessment request form, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, type of business and anything you write about how we can help. The form is processed and stored using Google Forms and Google Sheets, and a copy is emailed to our partners. If you book a time on our calendar, Google Calendar collects the name, email and any details you enter so we can schedule your assessment. We also receive whatever you include when you email or call us directly.
Information collected automatically
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Like any website, the service that hosts it may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when a page loads.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and schedule an assessment or conversation.
- To prepare proposals and deliver work you engage us for.
- To keep records of our communications with you.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email hosting and Google, which stores our form submissions, and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.
Client data in our engagements
Data we access while working for a client is governed by the agreements signed for that engagement, such as a data processing addendum or Business Associate Agreement, not by this website policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and related records only as long as needed to respond, carry out any work you engage us for, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing info@buildwell.partners. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
