Two kinds of work. Two honest ways to pay for it.
We offer a portfolio of flexible pricing arrangements to meet you where you're at. We only take a share of results where there's a clean number to measure before and after. Everything else is a flat fee, and we tell you which is which up front.
We get paid from what we recover
A modest setup fee, then a percentage of documented recovered revenue with a 12-month sunset. If the baseline doesn't move, neither does our invoice.
Flat fee, stated plainly
Exit readiness has no honest "savings" line. We price it as a fixed project, with an optional ongoing support retainer.
"The efficiency work, we take a cut of what we save you. The readiness work, getting your business ready to sell, is flat fee, because we're not going to pretend we can put a savings number on a buyer's confidence."
Exit & Transition Readiness
Douglas County is full of owners in their late fifties to seventies running $1 to $8 million service businesses with no succession plan and books that won't survive a buyer's diligence. Buyers discount messy data. We clean the data room, systematize the operation, turn lumpy revenue into recurring revenue and defend your multiple. That's not efficiency. That's your sale price.
Fixed fee or success fee at close. Works naturally alongside your CPA.
